Born and raised in Miami, Davina started her career in mortgages working for companies like Countrywide Loans and Bank of America. Despite all her success in mortgages, though, she knew deep down that real estate was where she was meant to be. She moved to New York, officially got her license in 2014, and hasn’t looked back since.

Davina’s background in the mortgage industry paired with her ability to understand every clients’ needs made the transition seamless. It’s also made her a go-to choice for clients in all price points and phases of life—including international buyers relocating to NYC and investors looking to grow their rental portfolio (to name just a few).
